The Practice Suite · Edition 2026

A partnership that pays for itself. Often many times over.

Most healthcare practice owners save 3–5× the Practice Suite fee in the first year through tax strategy alone. The other 70% of the value? Time, clarity, and confidence in every decision you make about your practice.

Find Your Fit

Where is your practice today?

Every healthcare practice owner is somewhere on a continuum — from the first solo clinic to an exit that funds the next chapter. Pick where you are, and we'll meet you there.

The Four Tiers

Pick the engagement that matches your stage.

Every tier includes direct CPA access with Ronak, a 24-hour response standard, and flat-fee monthly billing. As your practice scales, the engagement scales with it.

The Math

How the Practice Suite pays for itself.

01 · The Starting Point

Practice Foundation

Solo to 2 clinicians · $0 – $1M annual revenue · $795/mo + $795 onboarding

Everything an owner-operated healthcare practice needs to stay current, plan ahead, and reach out without the bill running. Quarterly tax projections, S-corp compensation set defensibly, California PTE election captured, and a written tax plan you can act on — backed by direct CPA access whenever a question comes up.

Tax & Compliance

  • Federal & California entity tax return
  • Personal Form 1040 (owner + spouse)
  • Quarterly estimated tax planning
  • S-corp reasonable comp analysis
  • Year-end 1099-NEC & 1099-MISC
  • California PTE election filing

Accounting

  • Monthly bookkeeping oversight
  • Bookkeeper coordination or referral
  • Quarterly books cleanup & review
  • Annual financial statements

Advisory

  • Annual planning meeting
  • Written tax plan memo
  • Direct CPA access year-round
  • 24-hour response guarantee
  • Ad-hoc questions as needed
How you'll feel partnering with us. You'll finally exhale at tax time. Quarterly projections mean no March surprises. Reasonable-compensation analysis sets your S-corp salary defensibly — often saving thousands in payroll tax. The California PTE election captures the SALT workaround. And a CPA who picks up the phone means your decisions get made with guidance, not guesswork.
02 · The Visibility Tier

Practice Growth

2–5 clinicians · $1M – $2.5M annual revenue · $1,500/mo + $1,500 onboarding

Everything in Foundation, plus the monthly visibility and quarterly cadence that growing practices need to make hiring, pricing, and expansion decisions with real data behind them. A Practice Health Dashboard built around visit-based KPIs becomes the operating system you didn't know you were missing.

Monthly Reporting

  • Statements by the 15th
  • Practice Health Dashboard
  • Visit-based KPI tracking
  • Industry peer benchmarks
  • Days-in-AR trend monitoring

Quarterly Strategy

  • Quarterly call with the CPA
  • Mid-year tax projection
  • Hiring decision support
  • Pricing & payer-mix analysis

Multi-State + Retirement

  • Annual nexus analysis
  • New-state registration support
  • Cross-state payroll oversight
  • Retirement plan strategy
  • Plan administrator coordination
How you'll feel partnering with us. You'll walk into every decision holding the numbers in your hand. Monthly dashboards turn hiring, pricing, and expansion into yes-or-no calls instead of maybes. Quarterly strategy sessions surface the moves before the moment passes. And when you open a new state, nexus, payroll, and licensing are handled — not improvised in week three.
03 · Multi-Location

Practice Scale

5–10 clinicians · Multi-location or multi-state · $2.5M – $5M revenue · $3,000/mo + $3,000 onboarding

Everything in Growth, plus the financial visibility, cash discipline, and modeling depth required to run a multi-location practice with confidence. The tier where decisions stop being judgment calls and start being grounded in data you can defend to a banker, a partner, or yourself at 3 a.m.

Location-Level Reporting

  • P&L by location, by clinician
  • Margin analysis per location
  • Productivity benchmarking across sites
  • Monthly multi-location financial pack
  • Comparative trend reporting

Cash Flow & Capital

  • 13-week rolling cash flow forecast
  • Line-of-credit readiness
  • Financing-ready financial statements
  • Banker introduction support
  • Capital expenditure planning

Expansion & Strategy

  • Pre-expansion financial modeling
  • Lease vs. buy analysis
  • Cost segregation for new build-outs
  • Bi-monthly advisory cadence
  • Annual strategic offsite
How you'll feel partnering with us. You'll know which location is actually pulling its weight, which one needs intervention, and whether the next expansion is a green light or a wait. A 13-week cash forecast ties to your bank account so payroll never sneaks up. Pre-expansion modeling turns lease decisions into ROI conversations. And when the bank calls for financials, you already have them — financing-ready.
04 · Exit-Track Owner

Practice CFO

10+ clinicians · $5M+ annual revenue · Exit or scale on the horizon · Custom-scoped engagement

When a practice crosses $5M, the work changes. The questions are no longer about S-corp comp or location-level margins — they're about board-style financial leadership, exit readiness, deal structure, and protecting wealth across the household. Practice CFO is not a productized tier. It's a custom engagement scoped to your specific moment in the practice lifecycle — and it begins with a conversation, not a price list.

Board-Level Leadership

  • Monthly CFO-level financial review
  • Board-style quarterly reporting pack
  • KPI dashboards for partners
  • Strategic planning facilitation
  • Direct access for major decisions

Exit Readiness & QofE

  • Multi-year exit readiness assessment
  • Quality of earnings preparation
  • Owner add-back documentation
  • Books-cleanup for diligence
  • Buyer-ready financial package

Deal & Wealth Advisory

  • LOI review and deal advisory
  • Diligence response coordination
  • Owner household tax planning
  • Real estate & estate coordination
  • Post-transaction wealth integration
How you'll feel partnering with us. You'll walk into the sale you've been building toward with nothing left to fix. Owner add-backs documented years in advance survive buyer scrutiny. QofE prep means diligence questions get answered same-day. Household tax planning protects more of the proceeds — and the next chapter begins on your terms. The engagement is scoped to your moment, not pulled from a brochure.

Your First 30 Days

What onboarding actually looks like.

Real onboarding takes work — by both of us. Here's exactly what happens between your engagement letter and your first monthly close.

Day 1

Engagement starts

Signed engagement letter, onboarding fee paid, kickoff call scheduled. You meet your dedicated team and get secure-portal access for document exchange.

Week 1

Discovery deep-dive

We review your prior 2 years of tax returns, current books, entity docs, payroll records, retirement plans, and contracts. You receive a written diagnostic of opportunities and gaps.

Weeks 2–3

Cleanup & system build

Historical books cleaned, chart of accounts restructured for your specialty, EHR data integration set up, PTE elections filed, and the first Practice Health Dashboard built.

Week 4

First monthly close + tax plan

First monthly financials closed and reviewed with you. Written tax plan for the year delivered. You're now on the standard cadence — closed by the 10th, every month.

Flat-Fee Projects

Need help with a single project, not an ongoing engagement?

We offer 10 specialized project engagements for specific moments — launching a practice, S-corp conversion, exit readiness, cost segregation, and more. Each one is flat-fee scoped with a clear deliverable.

Pricing FAQ

How the pricing works.

Why a matching onboarding fee instead of "free onboarding"?
Real onboarding takes 4–6 weeks of CPA time: cleaning up historical books, reviewing the prior tax return, building the Practice Health Dashboard, setting up payroll and PTE elections, and writing the first tax plan. Charging it flat lets us do the work properly without padding ongoing monthly rates. It equals one month of the chosen tier and is paid at engagement start.
Is there a contract or minimum commitment?
A 12-month engagement letter that can be cancelled with 60 days' notice. We'd rather earn renewal than lock you in.
What if I'm not in California — does the PTE election still matter?
PTE elections are available in 30+ states with similar SALT-cap mechanics. We apply the right one for your state. Our specialty is California, but we serve healthcare practices nationwide.
Can I start with a project and graduate to a monthly tier later?
Often the best path. A Practice S-Corp Conversion or Practice Tax Planning project lets you evaluate the firm. If you engage monthly afterward, the project fee is credited 50% against your onboarding.
Are bookkeeping software and payroll subscriptions included?
No — QBO/Xero/Gusto subscriptions are billed directly to you (typically $30–$200/mo combined). Our fee covers our work; third-party tools are pass-through.
What happens if I outgrow my tier mid-year?
We move you up when the practice justifies it. No new onboarding fee for in-firm upgrades — only the difference in monthly rate, prorated.

Not sure which tier fits?

30-minute call with Ronak. We'll talk about where the practice is, where it's going, and which Suite tier — or flat-fee project — is the right starting point.
